“We were very proud to support the Different Light Collective through the Clay Cross Town Deal project, which has been a very rewarding and productive experience for North East Derbyshire District Council.  The public art project, culminating in a spectacular outdoor event over three nights, has helped raise the profile of the town deal for Clay Cross, engaged with people of all ages and attracted hundreds of people into Clay Cross town centre.  The artwork produced will also leave a long-lasting legacy.”

Cllr Carolyn Renwick, Cabinet Member for Growth at North East Derbyshire District Council & Vice Chair of the Clay Cross Town Board

Junction Arts had the pleasure of working with Different Light on a public art project in Clay Cross, a town in NE Derbyshire. Throughout the project, during the planning, delivery and reporting stages, the members of Different Light were professional, hardworking and gave exceptional service enabling us to achieve a fantastic outcome. The amazing digital projection was a triumph and came about under the most challenging of circumstances resulting from the Covid 19 lockdown and restrictions which impacted significantly on delivery and timescales. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again!
